After Party

Good morning! We know that many people were interested in coming to the reunion, but couldn't make the dinner for one reason or another. So, we have decided to host an "after party" starting at 10PM the night of the reunion. It will be held at Tavern 101 in Anderson. It will be very informal and anyone is welcome to join! We hope to see you guys there!

FINAL REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DEADLINE

I'm going to be honest with you guys here, as I don't feel that it's fair not to. Unless we receive payment from those already registered for the reunion and get about nine more couples to register, the reunion will not be able to happen as planned. The committee has come up with a plan "B", but we will need to know as soon as possible if we need to put it into action.

Here's the point.
All people currently registered must be paid in full by Friday, April 16th (card) or Wednesday, April 14th (check).

All people not registered must do so AND PAY by the same deadline of Friday, April 16th

We want this reunion to be nice and we have all worked very hard to make it be the best it can be. However, without enough people to participate, quality will have to be sacrificed. So, if you have not paid, please do so immediately. If you have not registered yet, your time is running short.

Registration Reminder

So far, registration has been a bit lacking. We would really like to see as many of you attend as possible, so please let us know if you have any problems registering, paying, etc. You should receive another invitation today in your email. Please check your junk or spam folders to make sure you have not overlooked it.

Remember that the discount prices are extended through March 15th. Also, please do not register unless you intend to pay via PayPal at that point. If you would prefer to pay by check, please send it to the address on the invitation ASAP.

Conference Call Recap

Good morning! We had yet another call last night and we're really making progress!

1.) Friends at the Cove has been confirmed as the location.
2.) Ticket prices have been set. They will be $30 for a single and $50 for a couple. After February 1st, that price will increase to $35 for a single and $60 for a couple. Good news is that you can use your credit card to pay!
3.) Speaking of payments...once you receive the invitation, you will be sent an invoice from PayPal. Their service is the easiest way for us to collect payments in a safe and secure manner. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay, so long as you use a debit or credit card.
4.) WE NEED EMAIL ADDRESSES! Please send your email address to class2000phs@yahoo.com!
5.) Invitations will hopefully go out this week. We will continue to send them out as we receive information.
6.) Please comment with any entertainment ideas you may have. We will be discussing the night's agenda on our next call, so we need your input.
